What counts as a conversation?
All messages with one lead within a 24-hour window count as one conversation. If the same lead messages again the next day, that is a new conversation.
What happens if we go over our limit?
The chatbot keeps working and extra conversations are billed per 100 at the end of the month. You get an alert at 80% and 100% of your limit.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
The number needs to be on the official WhatsApp Business API. We help you move or register it during onboarding.
Does the chatbot reply on Instagram?
The chatbot replies on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and your website chat. Instagram leads from Lead Ads still flow into the CRM.
